A student has no fault if she/he fails because

There are just 365 days in a year, which pass as mentioned below:

30 days for winter vacation, days left 335.
30 days for Dashain and Tihar, days left 305.
15 days for summer vacation, days left 290.
104 days remaining Saturdays and Sundays, days left 186.
15 days other national and local holidays, days left 171.
46 days for monthly and terminal tests, days left 125.
8 hours daily sleep for good health, totaling 42 days, days left 83.
1 hour for daily meals, reducing 5 days in total, days left 78.
1 hour for reading magazines etc. means 5 more days less in total, days left 73.
1 hour for watching television daily means 5 more days less in total, days left 68.
1 hour essential for daily play, physical fitness, means again 5 days less, days left 63.
1 hour daily to travel to and from college for attending classes means minus 5 more days, days left 58.
1 hour daily for washing and cleaning dresses etc, again 5 days gone left 53.
At least 8 days during the year for long assemblies, inter-school activities etc, days left 45.
Everyday half an hour for non-study talk and free time five separate days required for that, days left 40.
About 10 days we remain absent during the year due to sickness, days left 30.
10 more days absent for parties and weeding etc, days left 20.
On different occasions, our teachers miss classes for 15 days during the year, days left 5.
About 4 days Chakka Jam, Bandha etc, days left 1.
Lastly, on that remaining day we go for a picnic or an educational visit etc.
So when do we study? How can we pass?
