QuickCam Connect features the company's hallmark webcam eyeball design, albeit smaller, at 45 millimeters wide i.e. 33 percent smaller than previous models. "Logitech evolved the webcam design so that it better complements the aesthetics of the living room, the home office, the den - or any of the varied places people are using PCs in the modern-day home. This is especially important as video calling continues to become more prevalent in everyday computing. We believe that these new webcams will make the ever popular video calling experience more enjoyable and convenient. Logitech QuickCam Connect has our webcam eyeball design, which is already a favorite among our consumers. According to a MarketLab survey, nearly 50 percent of people surveyed identify the eyeball shape with Logitech," says Mr Subrotah Biswas, Country Manager, India & SAARC, Logitech.
The Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe is equipped with a glass lens, while the sensor captures detailed photos up to five megapixels. The RightLight 2 technology adjusts the webcam to capture the best possible shots even in dim light settings. It features ultra wide field of view and intelligent face tracking that keeps users right in the middle of their computer screen. The bundled HP Photosmart Essential software lets users capture, edit, customize, and print images, while the snap shot button helps to capture candid and high-resolution pictures.
The Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe is priced at Rs 5895. The webcams come with a warranty of 2 years
