Meizu's M8 miniOne

You wouldn't be wrong if you thought this was the iPhone, it definitely has an uncanny similarity. It is actually quite possible that Apple may take this issue up in the law courts.  Since the proper specifications of this Chinese iPhone clone is not out, its claim to fame remains its iPhone-ish form. The final product will be given the name miniOne. There is still speculation on whether it will be a 3G handset or not, but the phone is said to have a 3 MP camera plus a 0.3 MP camera in the front for video conferencing. This is definitely a step ahead of iPhone, which has only one camera, that too 2 MP.  Of course, the M8 cannot compete on the music front. In fact the features do not even come close to the iPod integration. The M8 is the Windows version of the iPhone and will run Windows with the whole Vista look. There will be two versions of the phone – a 4 GB and an 8 GB. Also, the phone will be out in two models – an entry-level model and a standard one. The estimated price for the 4 GB and 8 GB is around $314 ) and $380 ), respectively. No release date has been confirmed, but it should hit stores by end of this year.  While most would choose the original over the clone, the price of this phone might tip the scales in its favour.
